 HOW SHIPPING WORKS

EcoShopGuide curates products from independent brands and suppliers. Most items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the supplier that stocks the product.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping cost, available delivery services, and the supplier's transit estimate are calculated at checkout from the products in your cart and the delivery destination. EcoShopGuide does not use a store-wide free-shipping threshold. Some products or suppliers may not support every destination; unavailable delivery options are blocked at checkout.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Processing time varies by supplier and product. The estimate shown at checkout is the best available estimate before purchase. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs, and other events outside EcoShopGuide's control may affect arrival dates.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Products from different suppliers may ship separately. A multi-item order can therefore arrive in more than one package and on different dates. Each shipment may have its own tracking number and shipping notification.

TRACKING

When tracking is provided by the supplier or carrier, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Customers can also use the order-status link in their order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Available countries and shipping services vary by supplier. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or import charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact EcoShopGuide as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after a supplier begins processing or ships the order.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Use the Contact page on ecoshopguide.com and include the order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging. EcoShopGuide will coordinate the appropriate resolution with the supplier.
