EcoShopGuide curates practical home décor, seasonal pieces, and celebration essentials from independent brands and suppliers. We focus on products that fit a clear room, occasion, or styling need and present them in easy-to-shop collections.
HOW PRODUCTS ARE SELECTED
Products are selected for their usefulness, visual fit, available product information, supplier availability, and value for the intended space or occasion. EcoShopGuide does not manufacture most products and does not make broad sustainability claims that cannot be verified.
WHO FULFILLS ORDERS
Most products are stocked and shipped directly by the supplier. If an order contains products from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS
Shipping rates and available delivery services are calculated at checkout from the product, supplier, and destination. Processing and delivery timing vary by supplier. The best available estimate is shown at checkout and in shipment tracking.
RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Most eligible, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Approved returns have no return-label or restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photos. EcoShopGuide coordinates the replacement, refund, or other resolution with the supplier.
